Spring 2014 Trend: Meet Radiant Orchid

When Pantone announced that this would be the color of the year 2014, I was thrilled. Purple, and all the hues that come from it, are my favorites colors . Radiant Orchid, as they called it, is harmonious, magical and fascinated. We are going to see a lot of it this year; designers like DKNY, Emilio Pucci, Dsquared, Ralph Lauren, Lanvin and Temperly during the Fashion Week back in September showed us a glint on how to wear it this season, so be prepared because those pieces are going to hit the stores very soon. As you can see, Radian Orchid works perfectly with tones of oranges and peaches, try a monochromatic outfit or pair it with turquoise for a fresh and bright look.

So, who is going to give it a try? I will definitely include this color into my wardrobe. Remember that this radiant pigment inspires confidence and emanates great joy, love and health.
